Specify the Maximum Number of Jobs Displayed

You can specify the maximum number of jobs displayed in the job list on the operation panel of devices. If [Release All Jobs at Login] is enabled, the configuration below specifies the maximum number of jobs to be released at login.

1. Login to the Management Console using a user account that has all the SysConfigRead, SysConfigWrite, and @RemoteCE Privileges.

2. Go to [System] → [Server Settings] → [Advanced System Settings Editor].

3. Click [View] → [Delegation Server Settings].

4. Select [Global Settings].

5. Find the "emb.print.max_jobs" key. If it does not exist, click (Add) and enter "emb.print.max_jobs" in [Key].

6. Set [Type] to "Number" and specify the maximum number of jobs in [Value].

7. Click (Save).
